We require pre-payment or
credit references
for the first order placed with Anogen in order to establish
credit for new customers. Returning customers may pre-pay by
credit card, or request a Net 30 Day invoice.
Shipping charges
are extra. A handling charge
of $50.00 USD is applicable on orders under $200.00 USD.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail indicating your total
shipment cost. Due to variations in Foreign and Domestic Shipping
Regulations and Policies, we are unable to provide static Shipping
charges.
All orders are
shipped according to their storage requirements and are shipped via
Federal Express Next Day Service (service does not guarantee next day
delivery).
All products are
shipped with a minimum shelf-life of 6 months. If you
require an extended shelf-life, please
contact us.
FDA/USDA: All of our products are labeled in
accordance with USDA. Please ensure that all
required import information
is available for dispense at the USDA's request.
