Anogen-YES Biotech was founded in 1989. 

In 2004, Anogen-YES Biotech, along with Asia United Antibody and Dalian Tianwei Pharmaceutical, purchased a 38,000 square foot GMP facility for the large scale production of ABCream and other monoclonal antibodies.  This new facility was called Asia Space Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.
