Use:
Mixed Lymphocyte Reactions (MLR)/in vivo administration
Comments:
This product was successfully used in
in vivo Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) applications as a control antibody.
We do not observe in vivo toxicity or in vitro reactivity in
mixed lymphocyte reactions comparing the same antibody.
Dilution: 10 µg/mL in vitro, or 1 mg/mouse i.p. in vivo.
