Use:
Immunohistochemistry on paraformaldehyde-fixed/paraffin-embedded liver
sections.
Comments:
The CD8 antibody was reconstituted at 1
mg/ml in PBS and tested in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded mouse liver
sections non-diluted, at 1/10 and 1/100 dilutions. Liver sections were used
w/o pre-treatment, heated in microwave oven 5 min in citrate buffer or 89oC
10 min in citrate buffer. None of these treatments resulted in positive
signal.
Dilution: 1/100, 1/10 in PBS and no dilution.
