We are proud to introduce Anogen's most sensitive detection technique for cytokine producing immune cells the ELISpot (Enzyne Linked Immuno-Spot). This is the next major advancement in the development of immunological assays provided by Anogen. This technique is derived from the ELISA technique and shares many of the same principles and reagents. However, the ELISpot is able to detect cytokine production on a single cell level.
